Q:  When did OneMove go public?
A:  OneMove Technologies Inc. was incorporated under the Business Corporations Act B.C. on July 18, 2005 as Interlude Capital Corp.   Interlude was originally listed on the TSX Venture Exchange as a Capital Pool Company under the trading symbol TSX-V: INB.P.  In conjunction with the completion of the TSX-V Exchange’s mandatory Qualifying Transaction, Interlude changed its name to OneMove Technologies Inc. and resumed trading October 24, 2006 under the symbol OM.V.

A:  OneMove’s fiscal year end is June 30.

Q:  Who is RemoteLaw Online Systems Corp.?  
A: RemoteLaw was founded in British Columbia in 2002.  Since inception, RemoteLaw has been involved in developing a web-based software system that facilitates communication between all those involved in real estate transactions (lawyers, lenders, and insurance companies) by centralizing access to all necessary information.  In January 2005, RemoteLaw introduced its shared data platform econveyanceTM to the BC real estate market.  In 2006, on becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of OneMove Technologies Inc., RemoteLaw changed its name to OneMove Online Systems Inc.  

Q:  What is OneMove’s relationship with RemoteLaw Online Systems Corp.?
A:  RemoteLaw Online Systems Corp. completed a Reverse Takeover (RTO) of Interlude Capital Corp. in October 2006, which was originally listed on the TSX Venture Exchange as a Capital Pool Company under the trading symbol TSX-V: INB.P.
